Zweitens: Er befindet (befand) sich nicht dort, wo man ihn vermutet h\u00e4tte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hans Mettier: 1875 wurde eine Fahrstrasse bis Langwies gebaut. Ab Langwies f\u00fchrte ein &#171;S\u00e4umerweg&#187; \u00fcber Sonnenr\u00fcti nach Arosa. Ca. 80 Meter ausserhalb der Langwieser S\u00e4ge \u00fcberbr\u00fcckte der Sap\u00fcner- oder auch Ronggast\u00e4g genannt, den vereinigten Sap\u00fcner- und Fondeierbach. Die Bezeichnung Sap\u00fcnerst\u00e4g auch darum, weil der Zugang nach Sap\u00fcn, nebst dem S\u00e4umerweg nach Arosa, ebenfalls \u00fcber diese Br\u00fccke f\u00fchrte. Sap\u00fcn erreichte man damals bis zum &#171;Wiiswald&#187; also auf der linken Seite des Sap\u00fcnerbaches. 1887 wurde dann die neue, heute noch bestehende Sap\u00fcnerstrasse mit den drei Br\u00fccken gebaut. Die erste gedeckte Holzbr\u00fccke bei der Fondeier-Abzweigung wurde ab dann als Sap\u00fcnersteg bezeichnet und &#171;besungen&#187;. 1890 wurde dann auch noch die Strasse Langwies-Arosa gebaut und der alte Rongg- oder Sap\u00fcnersteg wurde aufgegeben und verschwand weitgehend aus dem Bewusstsein sp\u00e4terer Generationen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dank der Vermittlung durch Hans und Elsbeth Mettier
